THE CHALLENGE
B2B buyers need to choose the right machine before they ask for a price
Buying a copier is a considered decision: monthly volume, colour, paper size and maintenance all change the right model. Zoser Tech needed a website that helps companies narrow the choice, shows the full Kyocera and Triumph-Adler range, sells maintenance as a service in its own right and gets a clear request to the sales team quickly.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
- Show the full model range in a way buyers can filter
- Turn the sales conversation into a short self-serve buying guide
- Make every screen lead to a quote, a call or WhatsApp
THE STRATEGY
A catalogue, a guide and one request form
We structured the site the way a good sales rep sells: understand the work first, recommend the right machine, then keep it running.
Build a filterable model catalogue
Fifty-four Kyocera and Triumph-Adler models with brand, device-type, colour and name filters, each card leading to a price request.
Turn the sales questions into a guide
Four questions on volume, colour, paper size and functions help buyers prepare their requirements before contacting sales.
Give maintenance its own path
Scheduled maintenance in Cairo and Giza has a dedicated section, checklist and request type, with call and WhatsApp always one tap away.

WHAT THIS SHOWS
A website that sells like a good sales rep
When the website asks the right questions and shows the right machines, the request that reaches sales is already qualified.
