A generic stock-photo hero became a clear promise for Abu Dhabi learners, with 11+ years of credibility, the monthly offer and direct contact in the first screen.
Pro English, an English-language institute in Abu Dhabi with more than 11 years of teaching, needed its website to explain six course tracks clearly and make it easy for students and parents to ask about the right one.
Drag the handle on each comparison to see the page before and after the redesign. Every screen comes from the old website and the current live website.
A generic stock-photo hero became a clear promise for Abu Dhabi learners, with 11+ years of credibility, the monthly offer and direct contact in the first screen.
Course cards now carry a short benefit, the course length and two actions: details or a WhatsApp enquiry about that specific course.
Each course page opens with its duration, level and three contact routes—call, WhatsApp or a short form—instead of a plain title banner.
On mobile, a fixed call / WhatsApp / register bar keeps the next step one tap away on every page.
THE CHALLENGE
The old site used a generic hero, a newsletter pop-up that covered the page, course cards without a direct next step, title-only course pages and a placement-test page that could not start. Visitors had to work to find the right course and to contact the institute.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
THE STRATEGY
We rebuilt the Arabic experience around how students choose a course: who it is for, how long it takes and how to ask about it now.
A new hero states what the institute teaches in Abu Dhabi, backs it with 11+ years of experience and keeps the current offer and contact in view.
Course cards and course pages now show duration and level, with call, WhatsApp and form actions that carry the course name into the enquiry.
We removed the intrusive pop-up, rebuilt the placement-test entry and added a fixed mobile bar for call, WhatsApp and registration.
SOURCE-REPORTED RESULTS
Outcome language is limited to the delivered website experience and the visible before/after changes. No enquiry, enrolment or revenue figures are attributed to this project.
FROM THE SOURCE FILES
Screens captured from the previous website and from the live redesigned website. This case shows the delivered experience; it does not claim specific enquiry or enrolment figures.

WHAT THIS SHOWS
When each course explains itself and offers a direct way to ask about it, the website stops being a brochure and starts working as a sales path.
Share the market, audience, offer and required outcome. We will shape a route around your data and current stage.
Short, practical answers to help you compare options and prepare the right next conversation.

No. Figures labelled as source-reported are reproduced from the supplied case-study material and retain the definitions and reporting period used in that source.
The method can transfer, but channel, message, budget and measurement choices must be rebuilt around the new market, audience, offer and available evidence.
