Channel and budget strategy
Each platform gets a role: Google to capture demand, Meta and TikTok to create it, LinkedIn for business audiences, with budget split accordingly.
We run your paid campaigns in Egypt across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn as one system: budget split by each platform role, every result tracked to a lead or order, and weekly optimisation based on sales.

Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube as needed, built on search intent and lead quality.
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok campaigns for sales, leads and awareness, with a structured creative testing system.
Copy, design and short video built on clear hypotheses and refreshed continuously.
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, call and WhatsApp tracking, linked to sales.
One cross-platform report showing real cost per lead and order, and where the next pound should go.
In Egypt customer attention is split across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, and people often see your ad on one platform, search for you on another and get in touch on a third. Managing each platform separately, with separate reports and different goals, lets every platform claim the success while you still do not know where to put budget. We run them as one system with one measurement framework, which gives clearer decisions on where to scale, where to stop and which message to roll out everywhere.
Need one platform only? See our detailed pages for Google Ads management and Meta Ads management. If your goal is leads, see lead generation.
We answer the commercial decision before recommending a channel so content, budget and measurement move together.
Strategy, Google and Meta campaigns, creative tests, landing journeys, conversion tracking and a lead-quality feedback loop.
PPC is a paid-media pricing model. Performance marketing is the wider system connecting paid channels to qualified leads, sales and accountable return.
Clarify the offer, match intent to the right channel, remove landing-page friction and return sales qualification data to campaign decisions.
Do customers already search for your service, or do they need to discover it first? That sets the Google versus social split.
Qualified leads, orders, revenue or app installs, and the number that makes a campaign profitable.
How much conversion data exists today, since Smart Bidding needs enough accurate signals to work well.
There is no fixed ratio for everyone. Our starting rule: if there is clear search demand for your service or product, Google takes priority because it captures ready buyers. If the product is new, visual or needs explaining, Meta and TikTok play a bigger role in creating demand.
We also separate learning budget from scaling budget. Early on, part of the budget tests channels, messages and audiences, then most of it moves gradually to what proves it brings customers at an acceptable cost. Every month we revisit the split based on actual results, not the original plan.
We explain this logic in detail with a budget planning model in our guide to PPC campaign costs in Egypt.
Each platform counts conversions with its own method and window, and often credits the same customer to several platforms, so the total of reported results can be far higher than what sales recorded. Privacy restrictions and ad blockers also lose part of the signal.
We handle this in three steps: server-side tracking via Conversions API and Enhanced Conversions to recover signal, unified UTM standards to see the source in your analytics, and one source of truth, your sales or CRM data, against which every platform is compared. Final decisions rest on that source, not on any single platform report.
In the accounts we audit the same causes repeat: many small campaigns that never exit learning, optimisation on easy events like visits or form opens instead of real leads, ads running unchanged for months until audiences tune out, and broad keywords without negatives bringing irrelevant traffic.
Sometimes the problem is outside the campaign entirely: a slow or unclear landing page, a sales team replying a day later, or an uncompetitive offer. That is why we review the whole journey from ad to sale and find the weakest link before suggesting more budget.

Cost has two parts: the media budget paid directly to platforms, and management, creative and tracking fees. We show both separately and build the media budget from your commercial goal: how many leads or orders you need and what you can pay for each.
The management fee depends on:

Across three selected Google Ads accounts we manage, dashboards show 70K+ clicks, 3.6K+ recorded conversions and EGP 4.3M+ in managed spend. These are aggregated in-account figures, not a guarantee of a specific result.

Share the target country, audience and offer. We will recommend the most useful first channel and conversion path.
Performance marketing measures every campaign by a business result such as a lead, order or revenue, and keeps reallocating budget based on it, instead of running ads for reach or engagement alone.
It depends on cost per customer in your sector and how many customers you need. We calculate it from the goal after understanding the offer and show the assumptions so the figure can be reviewed.
We start with the platforms best suited to your audience and goal, usually one or two, then add others when data and budget allow.
Unified tracking, UTM standards and comparing every platform against sales or CRM data, not each platform reporting on itself.
Yes, scope can include ad copy, design and short video, with a clear testing plan.
Campaigns start producing results within days, but a stable cost usually takes several weeks of learning and optimisation.
We do not guarantee a fixed number because results depend on offer, market and competition, but we agree clear targets and measure them transparently.
